Birding has been very slow lately. It's full winter even in Southern Finland and only dumb seems to host decent number of birds. Our local Santakangas dumb here in Pori, SW-Finland hosts c.1000 Herring Gulls, some tens of GBBGs, 1-2 Common Buzzards, several W-t Eagles, at least two Goshawks and Jackdaws, Crows plus Ravens. The most interesting birds in December have been one Golden Eagle which i missed and two hybrid Carrion X Hooded Crows. The more Carrion-like hybrid is pictured above.
